Fine for man who used dead dads Blue Badge
A man who was caught illegally using a Blue Badge belonging to his father, who had been dead for over two years has been prosecuted at Nottingham Magistrates Court after a case brought by Nottingham’s Community Protection Directorate.

 A retailer and supplier of illicit and counterfeit tobacco products has been found guilty by Nottingham Magistrates Court in a case taken by Nottingham Community Protection’s Trading Standards Service for the supply of illicit and counterfeit tobacco products.
